HOW DOES THE WAITING LIST WORK?
During highly popular sales events, a virtual queue may be activated to manage the large number of people logged in at the same time.
Key points:
- Ideally, log in a little before the items go on sale.
- At the exact time the item goes on sale, a random spot is assigned to everyone already present. Therefore, arriving 30 minutes early does not give you priority over someone who arrived 2 minutes earlier.
- If you arrive after the sale has started, you will be placed at the end of the existing line.
- Do not refresh the page: it updates automatically.
- Keep the page open and active, and make sure you have a stable Internet connection.
- Avoid switching tabs, minimizing your browser, or letting your device go to sleep.
When it’s your turn, you’ll be automatically redirected to the ticket office to complete your purchase.
⚠️ Being in line does not guarantee that you will receive a pass. Availability depends on the number of tickets remaining when it is your turn.
