DRAG STRIP AT ICAR ROUTE 66
Put your race car or street car to the test on our 1/4 mile drag strip. The track is specially groomed so that you can enjoy maximum grip. No matter how powerful your car, you’ll have the chance to accelerate to speeds otherwise forbidden on our roads. Dragster, Pro Stock, Muscle Car or Import, come and try out your car on our track. Our precise timing system gives you all the information you need about your time at every race.
regulations
- No vehicle can go faster than 9.99 in the 1/4 mile.
- Helmets are compulsory for drivers who complete the 1/4 mile in 13.50 seconds or the 1/8 mile in 7.25 seconds.
- Your vehicle without an airbag must be fitted with a cage if it travels 11.50 seconds or less in the 1/4 mile or 6.99 in the 1/8 mile.
- Motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs, UTVs) and snowmobiles are not permitted on the drag.
- Seatbelts and lights on are mandatory.
- No loose items in the vehicle, windows and roof closed, no drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and be in perfect mental/physical condition.
- We reserve the right to move your vehicle at your expense/risk if it poses a danger/impairs the smooth running of the event.
- No refunds for event cancellations.
- Your vehicle must be equipped with a noise reduction system.
- You must keep your hands inside the vehicle at all times.
Rates
Admission to the Drag at ICAR Route 66 is $20. This fee gives you access to the field, the drag strip and the drag and drift spectator section.
